7th Lindau Meeting on Economic Sciences: ASE Professor Karim Nchare Selected

ASE faculty member Dr. Karim Nchare has been selected to participate in the 7th Lindau Meeting on Economic Sciences.

The selection was made by a scientific review panel appointed by the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings Council. The Lindau Meetings are annual scientific conferences that have taken place since 1951 in the town of Lindau, Germany, with the goal of bringing together Nobel Prize recipients and young researchers to promote scientific exchanges across generations and cultures. During these meetings, knowledge is exchanged between laureates and researchers, and within the international science community, and young researchers are given the opportunity to expand their networks. This year the meeting, initially scheduled to take place June 28 to July 1st, 2020, has been postponed to 24-28 August 2021 due to the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic.  Visiting Research Fellow and Assistant Professor Dr. Karim Nchare holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and specialized in Econometrics.
